The sweet white chocolate chips contrasts the tartness of the cranberries nicely. Depending on your preference, change the ratios of the add-ins or even include some orange zest. These cookies will turn a very light golden brown when done.
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 butter, softened
1 1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup dried cranberries
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine flour and baking powder, salt, and baking soda; set aside.
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Gradually add the flour mixture until just mixed. Stir in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of cookie dough onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake 12-15 minutes until lightly browned. Cool completely on a wire rack.
Yields 24 cookies.
